Kate has significant experience in Organisational Development (OD), Leadership Development, Learning and Development & HR (CIPD qualified) both in the NHS and the private sector. An expert in team/individual personal development tools and designing, delivering & facilitating leadership programmes. .Passionate about listening to her customers and ensuring a business focussed solution, that delivers value for them in line with key metrics. She is motivated by seeing people grow and develop (Qualified Level 5 Coach) and making a difference to your organisation.

 

Kate has multi-sector experience in retail, financial services, travel, transport, leisure, food manufacturing, not-for profit, NHS, entertainment and media. She joined the NHS in 2020 at an ICB, supporting the culture change from an CCG. Qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management specialising in Human Resources & Association of Programme Managers, Change Management Practitioner. Kate spent the first half of her career in a variety of HR roles including Business Partner, Recruitment, Employee Relations, before specialising in OD, Leadership Development and Learning and Development. Kate is skilled in seeking a creative solution to key business issues with her adept listening skills.
