I am currently working two roles at NUH

- NHSE Fellow for Innovation - in this role I am looking at innovation, adoption and spread across NUH and the wider ICS.

- Practice Development Nurse in Surgery - with a primary focus on the induction and support provided for Ward Leaders.

My background is as a Ward Sister in Emergency General Surgery, a role that I have held for the previous 10 years.
