I’m a human-centred designer driven by a passion for creating user-focused services that solve real-world problems and make a positive impact.

As co-founder and Director of Made Open Communications Ltd - a B Corp certified tech company - I help communities connect, share knowledge, exchange time and access resources for social good. Since 2018, our award-winning community platform has supported over 65,000 people across 100+ communities spanning 6 countries worldwide.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of organisations - from start-ups, charities and community groups, to large businesses, healthcare providers and government departments.

I approach every project as a systems thinker and empathetic problem-solver, combining strategic thinking, creativity and in-depth user research to design services that are not only user-friendly but also impactful and sustainable.
