I’m the Lead for Clinical Educator Services within the Education Directorate, guiding a team of clinical educators who support staff development across the organisation. My background in emergency and acute care nursing, along with experience as a university lecturer, gives me a mix of clinical expertise and a strong foundation in teaching and curriculum design. I’m focused on developing educators, strengthening clinical training and creating learning environments that help staff grow, deliver high-quality care and build confidence in patient safety.
