I'm a registered nurse working in a strategic workforce assurance role at NHS England SE, with a focus on Workforce, Leadership, and Culture. My previous work has included programmes on productivity, workforce sickness reduction, and culture change. Clinically, I’ve worked in Critical care, Organ donation/Transplantation, and Palliative care. I'm keen to offer support in areas such as career conversations, presentation coaching, networking, facilitation, workshop design and delivery, and impact evaluation. I'm interested in connecting with others to share expertise, ideas, and practical support.
