I have 16 years experience in the NHS, mostly in operational leadership roles before moving across into a leadership development training role in 2018.

My skillset includes:

  • Level 5 coaching and mentoring qualified
  • Myers Briggs facilitator
  • Action learning facilitation
  • 360 feedback facilitator
  • Leadership development training
  • Neuro Linguistic programming pracitioner.

 

Outside of work, I am a married mum of one grown up daughter, a Scot by birth now living in Derbyshire.  I am an equestrian, with a life long of horses and the outdoors.
