Team Development Business Partner & OD Consultant

I am a Team Development Business Partner at UCLH which means I support clinical and non-clinical teams to work well together through a process of team discussion, reflection, experiential activities, action planning and review.​

I am a Chartered member of the CIPD, hold a MSc in Occupational Psychology and am currently working towards chartered Occupational Psychologist status through Birkbeck's doctoral programme. My experience spans health and social care and higher education and I have held roles in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Staff Development.

My interests are in leadership and management development, organisational development, creating high performing teams and creating healthy cultures.
