As a champion of UK healthcare Lyndsay has worked passionately to improve services for NHS pts over the last 20 years. She brings a clinical background and a wealth of NHS leadership expertise across multiple health settings and has considerable experience in contract negotiations, procurement, change management, service improvement, talent management and deployment, as well as system collaboration and partnership. Lyndsay has high level and strategic skills in education design and delivery as well as a passion for educational evaluation, impact analysis and strategic narrative.
Lyndsay has had several voluntary board executive level roles and recently took on a voluntary trusteeship for a UK National Charity called “Corpal”- a charity close to her heart. This is a role in which she hopes to help the charity raise its profile and establish a more sustainable future as the leading UK charity for supporting adults and children affected by Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum.
Lyndsay’s CV includes several senior executive level roles with notable achievements in creation of membership and engagement models, design and delivery of internationally recognised and award-winning leadership development programmes. Lyndsay has led high performing teams who have consistently exceeded targets whilst creating a good place to work and fostering a climate of continuous learning and growth. Lyndsay has pioneered system working through joining 4 city-based healthcare organisations around the vocational education agenda creating a joint outcome focused collaborative. Lyndsay also led the formation of a Leadership and Organisational development strategy for a local trust, creating the foundations for their recent 2019 CQC rating of “outstanding”.
