I am the Workforce Programmes Manager at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.  Having been part of cohort 1 of the People Promise exemplar programme, I have experience across a wide range of areas, particularly including - flexible working, improving experience of new starters, cost of living support for our people and mediation.

I offer experience as an experienced project manager, that is QSIR trained and I'm also an accredited mediator.
