I am a highly experienced leader and hold the role of Chief Executive Officer of a large joint adult and children’s hospice. Combined with my substantive post, I hold a diverse number of senior leadership roles at national, regional and local level, in the NHS and Charity Sectors. I have an authentic, visionary and collaborative leadership style, and confidently engage, motivate and enthuse others, drawing on their skills and experience to achieve success. I am committed to promoting the values of equality, inclusivity and belonging, recognising everyone, as an individual, has a contribution to make, and I am committed to support opportunities for them to grow and develop to reach their potential. Through my collaborative approach, I nurture positive, symbiotic interactions with all stakeholders, building impactful relationships across NHS organisations, local authorities, health and care providers, and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, as well as meaningful engagement with children, young people and adults in receipt of care and support, and the wider public and communities.
