I started my journey working in General Practice as a HR Manager 5 years ago. During that time, I have been focusing at creating and establishing HR function. Additionally, I have been collaborating with the Kent and Medway Primary Care training hub on creating training and support proposition for managers and leaders around HR support. My main area of interest is employee engagement as well as talent management. Coaching and mentoring as well as sharing the best practice is a part of my role that I am particularly passionate about.
