Organisational Development Specialist

I joined UHL just over 3 years ago from the University of Leicester. I am a member of the Chartered Institute for Professional Development (CIPD) and have over 10 years’ experience of providing specialist learning and development and consultancy support to leaders and colleagues in a variety of settings. These range from a national charity, local authority, and higher education sector.  

My underlying passion comes from supporting others to make progress, broaden their potential and make a positive difference in their personal and professional lives.  The skills I bring as a qualified Coach, Organisational Development Specialist, and qualified psychometric practitioner (MBTI, DISC, SDI) allows me to empower others to lead more effectively; build successful teams and enable transformational change within an organisation.

My working motto is “under promise and over deliver”.  I am naturally curious about people and enjoy working with a diverse group to share collective learning experiences.
