I have worked in the NHS for five years, specialising in leadership development and driving learning & development initiatives. Currently, I am the Senior People Development Trainer at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS FT, overseeing two teams across leadership, management and learning development.

I am a 360-feedback facilitator and Jigsaw Discovery Tool facilitator. 

Prior to the NHS, I was a professional Musical Theatre performer working across the UK and Europe, having trained at the Chichester Conservatoire. I am also a qualified (associate) IDTA dance teacher.
