I am responsible for Talent Management at Guy's & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. This role seeks to ensure that all staff, regardless of their background, are supported to realise their potential.
I do this by leading a small team to deliver career development support - including accredited programmes, but also workshops that advise staff on best practice during the job application process, including interview skills, and taking control of their career.
Much of my work is also focused on ensuring line managers conduct career conversations with all of their staff. This has included the design of training to give line managers the confidence in having these conversations.
