Early Career and Volunteer Coordinator

The NHS People Plan has a statement of intent to attract a wide range of people to the organisation through work experience, apprenticeships and new career pathways (T Levels, SWAPS, NHS Cadets and DWP job fairs).

I am responsible for ensuring that recruitment and employment opportunities within the Trust are maximised through the establishment, and development of robust processes for individuals or students to gain work experience and work/ industry placements. In addition, I am responsible for the recruitment and co-ordination of volunteers within the Trust.
