Lead Nurse for Neonatal Services

My post is a senior nursing role providing leadership and direction to nursing staff within a designated service line across Queen's and King George Hospitals, and other satellite sites. I work in a service line triumvirate with the Clinical Lead and the Service Manager, with a particular focus on the day-to-day management of nursing services across my areas of responsibility (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Community Outreach Services, and Neonatal Transitional Care Services). I am responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality, safe, well-governed, productive, and cost-effective services that support the Trust in delivering its strategic objectives. I practice at an advanced level demonstrating a high level of autonomy and decision-making.
