I am a Senior Lead Nurse within the South West Neonatal ODN, responsible for supporting and coordinating a large network of neonatal professionals across the region. My role focuses on leadership, service development, and ensuring high-quality, equitable care for neonatal infants and their families. I am deeply committed to the value of mentoring and professional growth, having both benefited from and delivered coaching throughout my career. I believe that empowering others through reflective practice, support, and shared learning strengthens individuals, teams, and the wider neonatal community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, running, and exploring creative projects — pursuits that bring balance and fresh perspective to my professional life.
