Talent and Leadership Development Co-ordinator

I provide support to the talent and leadership workstreams, primarily leadership development, coaching, and mentoring.

I am passionate about promoting a compassionate, inclusive and enabling culture within the organisation and across regional systems. I am keen to raise awareness of the issues faced by working carers and I am a member of the Carers Network and DaWN (Disability and Wellbeing Network). 

I have a background in health and social care. I have worked previously in education and training, as a social worker in older people’s mental health services, and as a long-term volunteer for a charity in India.
