I am The Clinical Manager at a large GP Practice. Trained as a nurse, remain clinical but been a senior leader and policy developer for several years.

Completed the Mary Seacole NHS Leadership Programme. 

Big advocate of leadership and how this can benefit the team from advocacy to performance management. 

Education in the Primary Care workforce is a passion of mine and I am currently completing my Masters.
