I am a leadership development specialist.  Working in all things leadership.  I was the Talent and Leadership Subject Matter Expert for the Integrated Care System (ICS) NHS in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This role involved collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement system-wide strategies. I am leading on the Integrated Care System Talent and Leadership Strategy Design and Co-production. With over 15 years of experience as a systems-psychodynamic organisation consultant, trained by The Tavistock in London, I specialise in helping individuals, groups, and organisations navigate complex contexts and chart their path forward.
