Talent and Leadership

As part of the newly formed South East People and Culture team, within the Workforce, Transformation and Education directorate of NHS England South East, the Talent and Leadership teams have come together to help systems and individuals in the region to reach their potential.

Working in partnership, we enable robust CEO, Executive and profession pipeline career development, focused on equity, diversity and inclusion to embed high-quality system-wide Talent and Leadership practice across the South East region.

Working collectively with NHS Integrated Care Boards, systems and organisations, we harness the talent and potential of all our workforce so we can address the recommendation from the Messenger Review – Leadership for a collaborative and inclusive future and meet the objectives set out in the NHS People Plan, Long Term Workforce Plan and the ambitions of the Long-Term Plan.
