I am very fortunate to have a broad portfolio which encompasses on behalf of the Integrated Care Board leading the development of the Health and Care Partnership across East and North Hertfordshire as well being the executive director lead for All Age Continuing Care, and Carers'. I am a strong system leader and lead our frailty and end of life program, and jointly lead with Hertfordshire Local Authority colleagues our regionally recognised integrated approach to complex care program and our intermediate care and discharge to assess program. I also represent the NHS in Hertfordshire on the Hertfordshire Criminal Justice Board and chair the Early Intervention and Prevention sub group of the board. I am a member of the Hertfordshire Health and Wellbeing Board and lead our partnership working with the Voluntary Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector to deliver our Health Creation Strategy. I am a strong advocate for talent development and am very proud to lead our Integrated Care System Aspiring Talent Development Program.
