Digital Programme Manager

I joined the NHS in 2008 as a Biomedical Scientist processing samples within the laboratory of the local district hospital. I switched career paths and moved into the project management arena, starting as a programme assurance officer. I now manage programmes of work looking at implementing digital solutions to both clinical and non-clinical end users.

In addition to my day to day role, I am heavily involved within the trust's coaching programme delivering generalised coaching as well as specialised resolution coaching and mediation.

I live in North Devon on a small-holding with my family and animals. I enjoy surfing (when the weather is warmer) and walks on the beach or Exmoor.
