Hello there, I'm Tiffany and I work in NHS SCW Commissioning Support Unit. I've joined here as always keen to build connections, share and support others. I can offer my time around conversations relating to many aspects around careers; training, development, application and interview process as well as many other subjects - organisational development, reward and recognition, business development, idea exchange. I've recently just finished my Senior Leadership Healthcare Post Grad Diploma with University of Exeter, where I have studied and applied; leadership, health economics, innovation, quality improvement - so happy to discuss my experience here also.
