Regional PMO Manager
My role
My role is to lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) across 5 Pathology departments that are collaboratively implementing a new laboratory information management system. This involves ensuring that the programme is effectively planned, executed and controlled through:
I possess excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills and enjoy sharing these and continually improving (currently studying Global Leadership and Management in Healthcare Masters degree).
My history
I have worked in project, programme and portfolio management for over 15 years. There have been common areas of work, a focus throughout to support the organisational objectives, and all have the vital need to build strong relationships across all the stakeholder groups.
I have worked with the House of PMO on their PMO Competency Framework which was a brilliant opportunity to work across the profession and continue to work them on their next project.
