Talent Management and Systems Leadership Senior Manager

I have recently joined the South West Talent Team as System Leadership and Talent Management Senior Manager which is a secondment role until February 2024.

Previous to this I worked as Organisational Development Senior Manager within the Personalised Care Group and held a variety of roles within the South West Leadership Academy, including leading on areas such as Talent Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Graduate Management Trainee Scheme and Primary Care.

My experience within HR, Learning and Development and Talent Management prior to the NHS was in the private sector so the last 5 years has been a fantastic opportunity for me to utilise my skills and knowledge whilst also continuing to grow and develop myself.

I am an ILM7 Executive Coach, HLM 360 facilitator, Typecoach facilitator and MCIPD qualified and feel very lucky and priviledged to be able to draw on all these learnings throughout my working day. I have experienced some fantastic examples of leadership throughout my career, leaders who have given me the time and confidence to push myself towards that next role. I am passionate about people development and am really excited, as I move into this new role, about supporting others to be the best that they can be.
