Are you looking to better understand your leadership style and support your personal development? We are excited to offer South East Health and Care colleagues the chance to access a free Healthcare Leadership Model (HLM) 360° feedback assessment, along with a facilitated feedback session.
This limited offer is available to the first 50 colleagues who complete a few simple steps by 30 June 2025—while also helping us grow the Talent Timebanking community.
What's Involved?
To qualify, you’ll need to:
Promote Talent Timebanking on social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
and complete one of the following actions:
- Be a member and have three colleagues also join Talent Timebanking.
- Take up an offer on the platform and have five or more connections.
- Give 2 to 3 hours of support on Talent Timebanking.
