As regional lead and alumni of the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, I can offer practical information and support to colleagues in NHS organisations either currently hosting or interested in hosting a trainee. This includes information about how to apply to host trainees, how to create a great learning environment for trainees, advice on dealing with difficulties within the placement and the benefit of hosting for your organisation.
