As a result of the consultation process within NHS England, the current South East Talent and Leadership and Lifelong Learning teams have merged to now become NHS England – South East People, Talent, and Leadership Team and “went live” on the 1 April 2024.
We are delighted that one of the first activities we are doing is launching our Talent Timebanking pages, something that is for everyone irrespective of where you work in health and social care.
Now more than ever it is pivotal that we collectively support everyone in the NHS to nurture their potential and talent. This was never clearer than this week, when on the 16 April the Government Health and Social Care committee to oral evidence exploring the relationship between NHS leadership, performance and patient safety.

One of the key changes to our team will be how we work with our Integrated Care Boards, working as an expert strategic partner and providing tailored support for systems focusing on equitable and inclusive talent management and leadership development, as well as supporting dynamic innovations to embed global best practice. Throughout this year our focus will be on developing our new ways of working and adding value.
As part of this, we are looking to collaborate with organisations and systems so please watch this space to see how Talent Timebanking can become a support to you in fulfilling your career aspiration and also give back to the wider health and social care community.
