NCL Integrated Care System: Internationally Educated Nurses Mentorship and Coaching
Supporting our Internationally Educated Nurses with their career pathways and progression is a key priority for us. The Talent Timebanking space has been created to connect our Internationally Educated Nurses who work in North Central London and are looking to their first leadership positions with leaders, mentors and coaches who can offer support in terms of career progression.
We would love our workforce to support one another to fulfil their potential, to flourish in their careers and to support our patients and communities; improving the experience and outcomes for all.
