What is the offer?

 

I am  virtual offering 1:1 coaching for personal development. 

 

Coaches work with individuals at all levels of an organisation.  The role of a coach is to support and identify what changes the coachee wants, to facilitate the setting of goals, and to create a plan to achieve those goals.

 

Who is coaching suitable for? 

 

Here are some examples of scenarios where leadership coaching may be be helpful for personal development:

 

People who want to make changes

People going through organisational reorganisation

Career development and progression eg applying for a new job  

People recently promoted to a new position who have new leadership responsibilities.

People facing new challenges managing staff, the pace of change, communication skills or technology

People who want to better navigate work politics 

People who want to develop their emotional intelligence 

Handling conflict with colleagues or within teams. 

 

How much time is available?

 

The total coaching time available is 4 hours. The limit is 2 hours per person delivered in 2 x 1 hour sessions or 4 x 30 minute sessions.
