Connecting talent interventions across our local system

There is now a greater need for and emphasis on organisations working in partnership with others to support talent management across local systems. Depending upon local workforce priorities, this may include developing a collective understanding of system supply and demand issues, collaboration around development and retention initiatives or a greater focus on mobilising talent.

Many STPs are in the early stages of forming plans in this area. Further resources to support local systems to implement collaborative talent management practices are currently under development. Check here for updates, case studies and supporting information.
