The Career Resource Portal is a central online resource for NHS Staff to help them step up in their career. It provides a range of practical tools and learning resources around career management including;

  • Resources and tools to help make career choices and decisions.
  • Assessments, tests, and e-learning exercises to assist with career planning.
  • Advice on completing strong applications, CVs, and supporting statements.
  • Tools and resources for preparation and performance at interviews and assessments

Covid-19, Black Lives Matter and an increasing awareness of the issues facing under-represented groups has, once again, drawn attention to the disparities between staff in the health and social care workforce.

So we're delighted to be launching this talent platform in this real-world context. This platform provides a direct opportunity to all its members to proactively control and shape their careers, regardless of their backgrounds.
