Jo and Elvis' exchange

Jo Standford is the CEO of the Healthcare Project and Change Association (HPCA), a charity supporting the education and training of healthcare workforce to improve project and change capability and delivery, to improve services and health outcomes for patients. 

Elvis Amadi works within the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Elvis saw Jo’s coaching offer, offering to give advice on how to move to the next level in your career and requested an hour.
