Our People, Talent and Culture team are continuing to build our offer and new ways of working as part of the Regional NHS England – Midlands team. Part of this work is a full refresh on our coaching and mentoring offer for the Midlands and actions include a cleanse of our Coachnet system – if you are registered as a Coach for our region, please look out for and action a survey that will be circulated soon and we thank you for your support in assisting us with this refresh.
