The BCYP Nurse Mentoring Network on Talent Timebanking is a new community designed to support nurses caring for babies, children and young people. The network provides a central, accessible space to connect with mentors, access career and leadership guidance, share resources, and build peer support across organisations. By fostering collaboration, wellbeing and equitable access to development, the network aims to strengthen the BCYP nursing workforce and empower nurses at every stage of their career.
