We are made up of two teams, The People and Culture Team and the Talent and Resourcing Team.
The vision for the North West People and Culture Team is to create an inclusive environment across the North West, building positive culture and leadership to ensure colleagues feel valued, safe and empowered in the work they do, delivering high quality services for all.
The vision for the North West Talent and Resourcing Team is to develop compassionate and future-focused leadership to secure better health, care, and well being outcomes.
